For the last few years I have promised myself that I will build an arcade cabinet, but have yet to get around to it. Has anyone done one themselves yet?

I've got a big double stick X Arcade control unit, which is cool, and either an Xbox with oXMame or an old PC with Mame on which can go it.

I just need to build the thing, but never seem to get the chance!

my partner would love a real space invaders arcade game and apparently there's a book out there dedicated to re creating said item. Dunno what it's called, but check online, you may get the answers from that.

we don't have the space, so won't even let him buy the book, let alone build the thing....bet you're single!
